LPB-60600 CNC Hybrid Press Brake
The LPB-60600 is a 600-ton CNC hybrid press brake with a 6100 mm bending length; DELEM 53TX control and 4-axis (Y1, Y2, X, R) CNC deliver high-precision sheet bending.
General Information
Electro-Hydraulic Hybrid System
Closed-loop electro-hydraulic synchronized servo control. 55% lower CO₂ emissions than hydraulic press brakes and a sound pressure level down to 50 dB.
Stress-Relieved Frame
After machining and welding the frame is stress-relieved, reducing deformation and spring-back and increasing stability and durability.
Back Gauge System
A high-speed back gauge driven by ball screws and supported by a linear guide. The stepped finger suits every type of bend.
Control Unit
The DELEM DA-53TX control unit makes your bending jobs easy and fast.
Motorized Crowning
CNC-controlled motorized crowning automatically compensates for bending differences caused by the material and other factors.
Front Sheet Support Arms
Strong front arms slide easily left and right on a linear guide and bearing system and lock at the desired position.
CE Safety System
Built to European CE standards, with hydraulic and electrical safety, proper guarding and a laser light curtain.
Quick Tool Clamping System
Thanks to the new quick tool clamps, changing tools is now much easier.
